We are seeking an Activities Assistant to join our friendly Activity Hub team at Lower Mill Estate. This can either be a permanent, zero-hour basis to include weekend working and increased hours during school holidays or on a casual basis over the summer and other peak seasons throughout the year.
Hours will be worked between 9.30am - 4.30pm, with a rota scheduled up to a month in advance.

What you’ll be doing:
- Ensuring that customers are given diligent safety briefings before their hire period.
- Answering inquiries from guests about appropriate equipment for them.
- Ensuring that all equipment is safe and tidy after use and that all assets are safely secured at the end of the day.
- Carrying out regular safety checks on the water sports equipment/bikes.
- Taking bookings both online and over the phone for sessions and rentals.
- Ad-hoc duties as directed by your manager.
We’d love you to have:
- Knowledge and experience in outdoor pursuits (relevant qualifications are a bonus!)
- First Aid certificate desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- A fun and friendly outlook
