Activity Hub Manager

Reporting to General Manager
Salary Competitive
Hours A minimum of 35 hours per week on a seasonal basis, working between the core hours of 08:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. These hours are to include weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Hours are required during the following high seasons:
o April through to September
o 2 weeks in October
o 2 weeks in December
o 1 week in February
(Exact dates to be confirmed annually)

We are looking for a passionate and organised Activity Hub Manager to lead our hub through its busiest times of the year. You will oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of seasonal activities, working with a dynamic team to create a positive and memorable experience for our homeowners and guests.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Activity Hub Team to ensure guest satisfaction is consistently achieved and maintained in delivering activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, bike hire etc.
  • Supervise team members to maintain high productivity, service quality and adherence to protocols.
  • Ensure the safe running of the department through regular upkeep of equipment and monthly maintenance checks.
  • Drive revenue through exceptional rental service delivery and support for strategic projects aligned with Activity Hub goals.
  • Provide excellent and consistent communication with other departments to align operations and enhance collaboration.
