Chef de Partie – Ballihoo

Join our passionate and dynamic kitchen team in our Ballihoo restaurant at our beautiful Lower Mill Estate. We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality dishes using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in maintaining culinary excellence, managing your section efficiently, and supporting the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

We encourage creativity and innovation, allowing our chefs to contribute to menu development, experiment with new dishes, and showcase their skills.
This role will be a permanent zero hour role, with the opportunity to work 40+ hours during high season (during school holidays).

Experience is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right individual who demonstrates enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to develop new skills. The team work flexibly to support each other and a range of day, night and weekend shifts are available to suit.

Salary Up to £12.88 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

· Creating fresh and seasonal dishes

· Running a kitchen section independently and competently

· Maintaining impeccable levels of food hygiene and kitchen safety

We’d love you to have:

· The ability to demonstrate basic cooking skills

· A solid understanding of ingredients and flavour profiles

· A desire to work in a supportive, close-knit team
