| Hours | This role will be a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to work 40+ hours during high season (during school holidays). The team work flexibly to support each other and a range of day, night and weekend shifts are available to suit. |

What you’ll be doing:
· Working alongside the Head Chef to create an innovative menu
· Creating fresh and seasonal dishes
· Running a kitchen section independently and competently
· Maintaining impeccable levels of food hygiene and kitchen safety
We’d love you to have:
· The ability to demonstrate basic cooking skills
· A solid understanding of ingredients and flavour profiles
· Experience of working in a professional kitchen
· A desire to work in a supportive, close-knit team
