Habitat First Group own three luxury Estates based in the Cotswolds, Dorset and North Devon and we’re searching for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to be the first point of contact for holiday guests and property owners, at our beautiful Silverlake Estate (Warmwell).

Our ideal candidate would be highly organised, focused on providing a first-class customer service with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

To be successful in this role, it is crucial to be able to work independently, able to take on and enjoy the responsibility of managing the operations of our property rentals. Additionally, the ability to contribute as an enthusiastic and positive team member is key.

Reporting to Habitat Escapes Manager
Salary £21k + Commission (Up to £27k)
Hours 40 hours per week (Thu – Mon and Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination of the daily arrivals and departures at Silverlake including calling guests in advance of their stay, distributing welcome hampers and managing the receipt, return and/or claim of security deposits.
  • Update Elite Parks bookings system with the status of arrivals and departures.
  • Liaise with all onsite departments to ensure all teams know of any issue surrounding rental guests’ holidays.
  • Respond effectively to telephone and email enquiries and process bookings (Elite Parks), dealing professionally with any day to day queries or issues.
  • Communicate relevant information affecting guest stays e.g. Estate information, pool closures, road and traffic guidance.
  • Manage property arrival and departure checks when required. ·
  • Update guest directories and new property details on the website and booking system
