Customer Services and Reservations Executive

We are seeking a Customer Services & Reservations Executive to join our Habitat Escapes team at Lower Mill Estate, providing exceptional service to our guests and owners. The Customer Services & Reservations Executive will act as the first port of call for all online, telephone, and in-person queries, and will work alongside all departments to resolve issues and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Location Lower Mill Estate - Cirencester
Reporting to Property Services Manager
Salary £23,690.00 per annum plus commission (OTE £29,000.00)
Hours This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week between 9 am and 7 pm on a rota basis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing booking allocation on our in-house bookings system
  • Receiving payments and ensuring all bookings are fully paid before guest arrival
  • Acting as a visible presence on the Estate to help the teams deliver outstanding customer service
  • Taking appropriate action to manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge on properties within the Habitat Escapes portfolio

  • Strong Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
  • Ability to use initiative to solve problems
