Hours | This is a permanent, zero-hour role. You will be available to work on Mondays and Fridays, with some weekend and evening availability also required. Contract will begin in September 2023. |

Key responsibilities
- Assist in the set-up and maintenance of all restaurant service areas
- Greet guests to the bar terrace ensuring they are made to feel welcome, taking orders promptly and accurately.
- Respond to enquiries made in person or over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Serve meals / drinks and clear tables
- Notify the Manager or his/her deputy where stocks/supplies are low
- Ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with food hygiene regulations
- Manage all payment transactions in accordance with the Restaurant’s policies and procedures, handling all transactions with diligence, honesty and integrity
- Support colleagues at peak times and undertake any operational duties which might be reasonably required to ensure customer expectations are met
