An excellent opportunity has arisen for a general unskilled Maintenance Assistant to join our small maintenance team based at Lower Mill Estate on a part time / permanent basis. We are responsible for the upkeep of privately owned holiday homes and facilities based on a large estate surrounding the famous lakes within the beautiful Cotswold Water Park.

| Hours | 25 - 40 hours per week |
Responsibilities:
- Window cleaning
- Pressure washing properties and decking areas
- De-cobwebbing
- Changing light bulbs
- Carrying out fire alarm checks
- Managing the emergency phone one week in every three (£100 p/w). This will involve answering all emergency calls and resolving any issue effectively.
Skillset:
- Window Cleaning
- Good all-round knowledge of property maintenance preferred
- Good knowledge in H&S
