Maintenance Property Co-ordinator

We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Maintenance Property Co-ordinator to join our busy Habitat Escapes team at Lower Mill Estate.

You will provide exceptional administrative support to the team to ensure all maintenance packs and health and safety certification are up to date, as well as organising planned and reactive maintenance on all Habitat Escapes and privately-rented properties.

The salary is £24,750 per annum. There is a commission structure in place for this role, which provides and opportunity to earn up to £32,770 per annum.

Hours This role will be 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, to include some weekend working on a rota basis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Attending properties and completing quality standard inspections
  • Liaise with Property Services Manager and Habitat Escapes Assistant Manager to create property improvement plans where required
  • Arranging internal and external contractors for repair work
  • Monitoring Elite and maintenance packs to ensure all health and safety checks are booked
  • Liaising with owners to advise on property issues and providing accurate invoices

We’d love you to have:

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skils
  • GCSEs in Maths and English
  • Experience in a maintenance environment is desirable but not essential
