Owner Services Co-ordinator

We are seeking an Owner Services Co-ordinator to join our busy Habitat Escapes team at Silverlake, acting as the first point of contact for all lettings, income and booking queries. You will provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues efficiently and effectively.

Reporting to Owner and Guest Services Manager
Salary £21,890 FTE
Hours We appreciate the need for flexibility when it comes to hours, so this role is advertised at 21-35 hours per week, meaning we would consider full-time hours for the right candidate. Weekend working will be required at times, to be discussed further at interview.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and responding to enquiries in a timely fashion
  • Creating and maintaining quality relationships with owners
  • Providing recommendations on how to improve property performance
  • Writing and updating marketing collateral for properties, including writing property descriptions and key selling points in line with our brand proposition
  • Assisting the Housekeeping team when necessary to undertake property checks
  • Completing property standard inspections

We’d love you to have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills including face-to-face, over the phone and via email
  • Strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • A target-driven approach with the confidence to upsell
