Job Purpose:
• Work in collaboration with the winder estate teams to ensure properties, grounds and facilities are maintained to a high standard ready for guest arrival.
• Ensure consistently high-quality standards, to achieve the best possible guest feedback, owner retention and recommendations.
• Support the Estate Services Maintenance Manager and grounds team in the upkeep of buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities /Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure outdoor areas of guest properties are presentable and all relevant supplies are available. To include but not limited to:
- Are any jet washing or patio treatments required
- Are any pest treatment required e.g spiders
- Ensure entrances are free from leaves and debris using a leaf blower including decking
- Ensure external tables and outdoor furniture are clean and well maintained and any outdoor cushions are ready for guests use
- Ensure BBQ’s and outdoor ovens are clean and in working order
- Ensure gas bottles are full, and replacements arranged as and when required
- Ensure log stores are full, and replacements arranged as and when required
- Report any horticultural maintenance issues to the estates team
- Basic hot tub maintenance to include dip testing, administering chemicals
- Full hot tub cleans -once trained
- Deliver and install items for guests as required -to include cots, fans etc
- To carry out your work to the highest level possible and always maintaining a sense of professionalism whilst working on the estate.
- To communicate with colleagues, contractors, homeowners, and guests of the estate in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
- To report any defect or Health and Safety concerns, no matter what its nature to the General Manager and in their absence the Duty Manager.
This role will include weekends on a schedule basis.
