| Hours | Working 35 hours per week, over 5 days as per a rota to include weekends and bank holidays. Hours worked are to be within the core hours of 8 am to 7 pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break. |
We are seeking someone to manage and develop the portfolio of owners on our Habitat Escapes rental properties at Lower Mill Estate.

What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the primary contact for homeowners, building strong, long-term partnerships through structured communication and performance updates.
- Provide support & guidance on guest expectations, compliance and profitability improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections across the property portfolio to assess condition, cleanliness, guest readiness, and compliance
- Use data driven insights to set and adjust pricing strategies
- Monitor booking trends and competitor activity to maximise occupancy and yield
- Analyse performance metrics and recommend tailored optimisation strategies
