Portfolio Coordinator

Habitat First Group own three luxury Estates based in the Cotswolds, Dorset and North Devon, where we create holiday home communities that are founded on the principle of a deep love for Mother Nature and sustainability.
Location Lower Mill Estate - Cirencester
Reporting to Reservations & Revenue Manager
Salary £26,801.00 per annum
Hours Working 35 hours per week, over 5 days as per a rota to include weekends and bank holidays. Hours worked are to be within the core hours of 8 am to 7 pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.

We are seeking someone to manage and develop the portfolio of owners on our Habitat Escapes rental properties at Lower Mill Estate.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the primary contact for homeowners, building strong, long-term partnerships through structured communication and performance updates.
  • Provide support & guidance on guest expectations, compliance and profitability improvements.
  • Conduct regular inspections across the property portfolio to assess condition, cleanliness, guest readiness, and compliance
  • Use data driven insights to set and adjust pricing strategies
  • Monitor booking trends and competitor activity to maximise occupancy and yield
  • Analyse performance metrics and recommend tailored optimisation strategies
