Senior Marketing Executive

Habitat First Group is looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Executive who will be responsible for overseeing our social media platforms and company websites, whilst executing flawless event marketing initiatives to drive attendance and increase bookings across our sites.

The role can be based at any of our three sites in the South West Region: Lower Mill Estate (Cotswolds), Silverlake (Dorset) and Birchwood (Devon) and will involve travel between all sites.

Salary £27 - £29k
Hours 40 hours per week
  • Generate ideas and manage all our social media channels, to focus on driving engagement, user interaction and to grow our organic reach and followers with support from a Social Media Executive
  • Manage and plan the delivery of marketing collateral to include email marketing campaigns, data management, segmentation and strategic planning
  • Write engaging, creative and interesting SEO optimised content, including live content for our websites, social media, blogs and marketing communication material, to proofread your work and ensure excellent literacy skills at all times
  • Regularly audit, review and improve our websites from a functionality and creative perspective
  • Create event invitations as and when required for site specific events
  • Create regular newsletters, surveys and feedback forms
  • Create events schedule, communicate and coordinate the details of events across departments, taking into account health and safety requirements
  • Manage events (when viable), lead the teams whilst capturing photos for marketing opportunity
  • Write and arrange adverts for the business
  • Devise systems to improve the efficiency of the marketing team and to improve inter-departmental communications
  • General marketing related administrative duties, to include organising and keep the image library and sharing files system updated
