We have a unique opportunity for a Spa Duty Receptionist to join our Spa Team on a permanent basis at our beautiful Silverlake Estate (Dorset).
The Spa Duty Receptionist is responsible for ensuring residents and guests receive an efficient, warm, and personalised service at all times, whilst upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the Spa.

Hours | This position will be part time, working 30 hours per week on a rota basis to include some weekends, evenings (until 21:30) and bank holidays. |
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for team members and guests, ensuring customer needs are met in an efficient and professional manner
- Manage any owner or guest issues using a solutions-based approach
- Undertake general administrative tasks including responding to communication with clients, staff and colleagues in a timely manner
- Monitor and ensure safe use of the pool, gym and sauna areas
- Monitor and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the Spa
- Liaise with the Treatment Director regarding requests for Spa Treatments
- Take payments by cash or card and ensure reconciliation with end of day figures
- Carry out building checks and log findings accordingly
- Notify the Spa Manager of any low stock
- Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, providers and contractors
- Record all complaints and report to Estate Manager to identify whether additional training is required, or any operational procedures need to be reviewed.
Health and Safety:
- Manage the Health & Safety standards whilst on duty throughout the building
- Follow all spa standard operating procedures and ensure SOPs are kept up to date including opening and closing procedures.
- Have a good understanding of the other services within Silverlake Estate.
