You will provide a high-quality maintenance service for the private estate that falls under “service charge”, undertaking operational maintenance duties whilst ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the Estate. This role also involves ensuring a continuously high standard of swimming pools on the estate including chemical testing, cleaning, and filter backwashing.
